Your trade visitor registration allows you access to a free ferry service during exhibition event days (6 -8 October).

The scheduled free ferry services run from the Convention Jetty at Darling Harbour and at Commissioner Steps on the George Street side of Circular Quay.

Can I access the conferences with my trade visitor badge?
Many of the conferences in the PACIFIC 2015  program are free to trade visitors. Some conferences require a separate registration and some also require a registration fee. Please click here to visit the conference section of the website for further information on conference registrations and fees.

What if I have already registered for one of the conferences held in conjunction with Pacific 2015? Do I still need a trade visitor badge?
Most conferences utilise our trade visitor badge system for registration and you will be directed to this when registering for that event. For those that don’t (normally where a fee is involved) the conference organiser will provide you with a badge that will allow you entry into the exhibition halls to view the PACIFIC 2015  exhibition. Many of the conferences have breaks scheduled on the exhibition floor so as to maximise the opportunity to liaise with exhibitors and other trade visitors.

What is the dress code for Pacific 2015?
Appropriate business attire or applicable military uniform is required.

Will security measures be in place during Pacific 2015?
Yes. Visitors should be aware from Tuesday 6th October through to Thursday 8th October access control procedures will be in place. Visitors entering the exhibition venue will be subject to screening processes (similar to security checks undertaken at airports) and visitors should ensure that trade visitor badges are worn at all times when within the exhibition venue.

Are there any networking opportunities for trade visitors at Pacific 2015?
As part of PACIFIC 2015, trade visitors, conference delegates and exhibitors will have access to the PACIFIC 2015 App, designed to enhance networking opportunities and help gain the most out of the event experience.

The PACIFIC 2015 App contains up-to-date event information including floor plans, stand locations, exhibitor profiles, sponsor profiles and the PACIFIC 2015  trade directory as well as conference and associated function schedules with a personalised timetable function (which will be updated in your App in real time).

It will also offer Trade Visitors networking opportunities by allowing them to find and contact exhibiting companies and sponsors, discover the location of stands and displays, review conference timetables and personalise their event timetable as well as approach exhibitors for meetings (if the exhibitor has enabled that function).

To gain access to the PACIFIC 2015 App, you must be a registered PACIFIC 2015 trade visitor. The App will be available as a free download for smartphone users from the 22nd September via the iTunes and Google Play stores. Details on how to access and download the app will be emailed to you from the 22nd September once you have successfully completed an online trade visitor registration application.

For further information and to review our privacy policy, please visit the PACIFIC 2015 App page.

Free networking functions on the floors of the exhibition halls will also occur at the end of each trade day for exhibitors and trade visitors. For further information, please view our Program of Events.
