EXPOSITION

pacific means business!

PACIFIC 2015  is a global business event, attracting senior merchant marine, shore services, maritime and defence industry, military and government decision-makers from around the world.

PACIFIC 2015 is strongly supported by the Royal Australian Navy, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, the Defence Materiel Organisation, the Defence Science and Technology Organisation, the Department of Industry, the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development and the Government of the State of New South Wales.

The RAN will invite Navy Chiefs and senior Navy leaders from around the world to attend. In the order of 35 countries are expected to participate. With the support of other Australian Government agencies and a range of civil industry stakeholders, invitations are also being extended to international leaders in defence equipment acquisition and materiel, marine transport, security, environmental affairs, cargo handling, port services and maritime technology across the globe, with particular emphasis on the Asian and Indo-Pacific regions.

PACIFIC 2015 will again feature an extensive delegations management system designed to help exhibitors and delegations to connect and coordinate business engagement.

A series of International Maritime Industry Round Tables will also provide intimate and informal forums where companies can engage with their counterparts from other nations to identify common challenges, opportunities and solutions.

VISITORS
In 2013, the Pacific International Maritime Exposition attracted record total attendances.

Attendees included key players from the international naval, commercial shipping and defence industry sectors, as well as senior industry, defence and government decision-makers.

The 2013 event attracted 79 official delegations and military missions and 25 Navy Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs or Fleet Commanders.

In 2015, PACIFIC will again be the essential forum for naval, maritime and defence professionals from Australia, Asia and the Indo-Pacific. Connections will be made and audiences reached.

The "essential business connection", PACIFIC 2015  will be the place to do business!

EXHIBITION
For three days in October, PACIFIC 2015  will be the business hub for the naval and maritime industries.

Within the Exhibition Pavilion, exhibition space is offered as Raw Space or Wall Stands. Raw Space (or custom) stands allow the exhibitor to build and customise their own stands to their own individual design, while Wall Stands provide exhibitors with ready-built 9 sqm (shell-scheme) units.

National ("country") Pavilions offer attractive exhibition opportunities, particularly for international small business, while PACIFIC 2015 will also host Australian Small Business Areas and several Specialist ("themed") Precincts.

Value-adding sponsorship and signage options are also available to exhibitors, to optimise product positioning, enhance brand awareness and facilitate business engagement.
