PACIFIC 2015  has a number of meeting rooms available for hire to contracted Exhibitors.

The following are available throughout the duration of PACIFIC 2015  (0900 Tuesday 6 October until 1800 Thursday 8 October)

  • Small meeting room. Seats 6 boardroom style.
    Available for hire at a cost of AUD$230 per hour or part thereof.
  • Large meeting room. Seats 12 board room style.
    Available for hire at a cost of AUD$270 per hour or part thereof.


Catering and AV requirements must be ordered direct through our official AV and catering suppliers and will incur an additional charge.
